Anne Paterson - Director
Anne has over 25 years of experience in global HR Management, Learning, and Development, and consulting within the UK, mainland Europe, and Australia.
Anne has worked in both the public and private sectors, and in her corporate career with British Airways in the UK, she held the positions of Head of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager Europe.
She has a Master of Arts Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, and a Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership.
As a consultant, Anne has worked across a diverse range of industries and organisations providing consultancy advice and support, designing and delivering development programs, and coaching executives.
Clare Edwards - Business Associate
Clare has extensive experience of working at senior management levels with European and American organisations. She was Head of Corporate Development for XO Global Communications Inc., Customer Marketing Manager, SAP UK, and has worked in, and managed multinational teams.
Clare is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership. She has also completed the Foundations of Positive Psychology with the College of Liberal and Professional Studies at Penn State University, USA.
Katia Lyon - Consultant
Katia has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Organisational Development within small to global organisations.
Katia has worked in the non-profit, public and private sectors, and has held the positions of HR Manager in engineering and HR Business Partner in automotive.
She has Certificates IV in Human Resources, and Training and Assessment as well as accreditations in Coaching, Career Coaching and Conversational Intelligence. Katia has worked across a wide range of industries and organisations including e-commerce, finance, insurance, tourism, engineering, automotive, government, veterinary and mental health services.
